Our Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP) is an important part of the long-term management of your fencing investment. The goal of a successful preventive maintenance program is to establish consistent practices designed to improve the performance and safety of your commercial fencing, residential fencing, gates + more.

Our Gold PMP represents the “lowest level” coverage for your annual preventative maintenance program. With the Gold PMP agreement you will receive the following services ONCE per year with a confirmed fence installation contract:
-Annual walkthrough of entire enclosure to observe quality of wood, vinyl or other material
-Gate hardware check-up & replacement if needed
-Pressure wash included if requested
-Minor repairs included in membership pricing such as resetting gate posts, adjusting gate hardware, etc.

Our Silver PMP represents the “second level” coverage for your annual preventative maintenance program. With the Silver PMP agreement you will receive the following services ONCE per year with a confirmed fence installation contract:
-Annual walkthrough of entire enclosure to observe quality of wood, vinyl or other material
-Gate hardware check-up
-Some repairs covered under membership

Our Bronze PMP represents the “lowest level” coverage for your annual preventative maintenance program. With the Bronze PMP agreement you will receive the following services ONCE per year with a confirmed fence installation contract:
-Annual walkthrough of entire enclosure to observe quality of wood, vinyl or other material
-Gate hardware check-up
-No repairs covered under this membership, would have to pay time & materials
